Hello
Thank you for your interest reading those lines. My name is Shira, I'm a qualified reflexologist, RLD practitioner, and a Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner (RHFP).
From a first person experience, I know how it feels to deal with breast cancer and its side effects. My passion is helping others struggling with this journey and other health issues.
My Story
I feel so blessed to follow my heart and do what I love. As Kevin Trudeau says: “Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel” – if I can help people to feel their best or heal their bodies, then I have done my share in this life.

In my 20’s I studied Shiatzu. I also became a qualified doula. I was innately drawn to the world of natural therapies. Along the way, life took me into the graphic design world, where I worked for some of my country’s top publications. I was blessed with marriage and three beautiful children.

20 years passed and I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During my unwanted little adventure, I discovered the beauty of reflexology, thanks to some angels that ware sent to me. I was reminded that our bodies and our health in fact have an amazing capacity. Reflexology helped me deal with the side effects of the chemo and radiotherapy treatments, and had a massive impact on the healing process. It also made me realise how much I miss natural therapies.

After almost a year of healing, I was lucky enough to be healthy and “clear” again. But unfortunately, there was a ‘souvenir’ left over… I got lymphedema. I watched my nan suffer with it growing up. I was petrified. I could not accept the idea that this was for life. I was willing to put cancer behind me but lymphedema was a daily reminder. I went searching and found RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage). It changed my life.

So now, here I am, a qualified reflexologist, RLD practitioner and approved reflexology Practitioner in Cancer Care. I have a burning passion to help others struggling with the after-effects of cancer and other health issues.

I followed my heart and healed – now I want to help you do the same.
