... Healing from breast cancer was a journey, I was lucky enough to get to its other side healthy and Cancer-clear. But unfortunately, there was a ‘souvenir’ left over… I got lymphedema.
I watched my nan suffer with it growing up. Back in the days, there was nothing much to do, and her arm got bigger and thicker. I was petrified. I could not accept the idea that this was for life. I was willing to put cancer behind me but lymphedema was a daily reminder. I went searching and found RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage by Sally Kay).
